Baking & Dispatch

All crumpets are baked and dispatched on the same day wherever possible.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24®, with the aim of delivering your crumpets within 24 hours of being baked so they reach you extra fresh.

While this is our goal, next-day delivery can’t be guaranteed every time due to factors outside our control. If you experience any delivery issues, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Once Your Crumpets Arrive

Enjoy them fresh straight away, or freeze for up to 3 months for later. Because they are fresh & free from preservatives, you should keep them in the fridge if you aren't planning to freeze them. They will firm up in the fridge, but don't worry they will toast up beautifully. If freezing them, be sure to fully defrost before toasting - this helps avoid a cold middle and keeps that perfect texture.
